About me

I have an M.A. in Linguistics and I designed ESL curricula, taught English to graduate students, and worked as an interpreter in Moscow, Russia.  After immigrating to the US and earning my M.B.A., I worked as an independent consultant to American and international companies with business interests in Eastern Europe and Russia.  My clients ranged from Fortune 500 companies to non-profits like International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War, Catholic Relief Services and Peace Corps. I later served as a Marketing Manager for an American telecommunications company developing satellite and wireless technologies across Russia and other former Soviet republics.  Afterwards I worked as a Business Development Director for a large translation and localization company.

For the last decade, I’ve dedicated myself to recovering my son from autism and advocating for many other families affected by ASD.  I serve as a co-moderator of the largest on-line ASD parent support network in our state.
